AMLI South Shore

I moved to Amli South Shore a couple months ago and I love my unit! Its a little bigger and cheaper compared to my previous place. The leasing office staff are all so friendly and helpful, particularly Adan! Before my move, Adan stayed in contact and helped keep track of all the paperwork that needed to be submitted. It was quite an easy process. He really took his time to show me all the units that I wanted to check out. If youre interested in living at the Amli, Adan is your guy!!

Adan is the absolute BEST. He is always willing to help, and he is incredibly competent at his job. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be living here. Regarding AMLI, I would give 4 stars. There are some issues with property maintenance (ex:I haven't seen the fireplace working since I moved in here, trash collection doesn't happen reliably, broken chairs in front of the lake, etc), but overall I am happy to live here.

Cockroach infestation from day 1 of moving in. They disappear behind cabinet and moulding gaps (why am I even charged a pest fee?!) AMLI is more concerned about power washing garages and leaf blowing DAILY then they are about the lack of security. They decided to power wash the garage and tow @ everyone's expense while I was out of state and then charge me for it months later. They will charge you for any little thing they can and flag as many negative comments for removal on google because they're petty and accept no wrong-doing. In fact, they'll probably reply with another petty comment about sending emails out but why would you even power wash the garage in the first place? It did absolutely nothing! Re-painting the garage signs? It looks the same! AMLI priorities are completely messed up. They need to focus on security and reliable trash service over fining their residents who pay an absurd amount every month. Also, in-unit break ins DO happen here so don't let them deny otherwise. Your belongings are not safe here.
