Such a bad experience! Reserved my truck for 630pm for self pick up but the key was nowhere to be found !! I called customer service but nobody had the right ressources to help! I ended cancelling. They really put me in a difficult position as today is my last day to take my furnitures out of my rented storage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

I would stay away from this location. They tried to cheat us in the miles and luckily I took Pre and Post trip pictures that showed the mileage and fuel levels. And the husband is very rude to the customers. Thanks Richard

Pay attention to reviews, go elsewhere. Got my receipt today charged 25$ cleaning fee when I swept the vehicle . Used the van for 2hrs, reserved for 3. Drove 34 miles and parked the truck as asked. My total for 2hrs-34miles- (3hr reserve) $73. Do not be fooled please, use another uhaul rental or establishment. Not all give this experience

Smooth experience! I was 30 minutes late for my pickup but they were very nice and understanding even though they were about to close for the day. They also let me park my car nearby while I was using their truck so it was pretty convenient to just return the truck late at night, drop the keys in the box and simply hop back in my car to head home. Saved me an Uber ride!

This is not an honest establishment. I read on the uhaul site terrible reviews. It had people claiming they were being wrongly charged for fuel. So naturally I took photos of before and after of the fuel tank levels, made sure to timestamp and geotag them, and filled it up before I returned it. They charged me $29 extra for not fueling up the vehicle. These people are crooks. I gave them slightly more gas and it still wasn't enough, super slimey.
