        Tim is a liar fraud and coward. I filed a complaint with the Tx DMV and the investigator found “numerous violations related to the laws of title and registration and with licensed dealer selling cars without inspection. He is now subject to license sanctions and fines by the state. He puts the shady in shady car salesman.
