Saved the day when the tile I ordered from another store didn't work out. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They had the tile in stock (1,000sqft) and promptly loaded it up in the back of my contractor's  truck. High quality tile. Surprisingly not as expensive as I thought it would be. Fantastic and friendly service. This will be my first stop for any other projects.

If I could give them a zero I would. I was there about 2:30 today, a Monday at the end of August 2021. I had measurements from my contractor and I just needed to find the tile. This store is about the size my living room and there was a man talking to a customer, but no one greeted me, said please wait a minute, no one even acknowledged I existed. In the beginning, I thought the man was the womans contractor. But has the conversation went on, it was pretty apparent he was an employee at the store. (And if he wasnt, that makes my experience even worse.) Again this is a small space and I walked around and looked at all the displays. There were people in the back area of the store which seems more of a contractor supply area. I left after 30 minutes. It was such a disconcerting experience I even checked their sign outside of the store - Yes, it said showroom - and I checked the hours - Yes, they were open. Also on the door was a sign asking people coming in the store to mask-up. I didnt see one mask while I was there. Thank goodness I live in Dallas Fort Worth where there are lots of tile stores. Daltile never again.
