After a very negative experience at Lowes, my husband and I went to DFW flooring, having reviewed their positive feedback online. My mom, who also lives with us, wanted her room done, so we all traveled together to the showroom. From the moment we entered, Mike Spitzberg was highly attentive and walked us through the installation process. He has amazing people skills and wanted to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Kris, who orchestrated our quote, was also very likeable and proactive with returning the estimate on the spot. We tested them out with our two masters and loved our flooring so much that we immediately called them back for our upstairs living room/catwalk/hallway. Sergio and Maria did a beautiful job on the installation in our masters, leaving the area clean of debris. As a bonus, the pricing is very affordable and the communication is better than any contractor we have used. This will be our one stop shop for flooring. Thank you guys for everything!

thanks Mike! looking at engineered hardwood samples, because we will likely need our new improperly installed flooring replaced soon. was having spasms in the middle of conversation & swearing like a sailor, but Mike took it all in stride. nice guy. very good prices on very good flooring.
