Not a great place, they shaved my dog bc there were knots. His face didnt have knots. Its also not a safe place to board dogs. My dog acts like the is place going to the VET unlike other cleaners where hes happy. DO NOT GO. Be warned now and please make the owner do something. Hire better people.

The only good thing is that they give bandanas each visit. They have messed up my dog's haircuts way too many times. They have like 1 good worker there and it seems all the others are some new hires that never groomed dogs before. Had multiple times where we asked for a teddy bear cut and our dog came out looking like a poodle. Also had multiple times where they missed huge patches and/or forgot to trim his nails. On top of that, they raised their prices. Plenty of other grooming salons.

I was very disappointed when I picked my baby up for a stay, first on Saturday morning at 9 am explained to them about my dog, that she would only drink from her bowl she was drinking so much when I got home they didn't do what was asked of them concerning and lay on her blanket, and to trim her nails remove hair from and her pads. when I went to pick her up on Sunday morning they hadn't even done anything they were rushing to get her ready., when the guy brought her out carrying her they didn't mention anything to me that cut my dog it was bad when she was limping and still bleeding and still bleeding it Monday 11th. I called to speak to a manager who left my # no one has called me back. Still waiting will not be going back. Upset Dog Parent
