Dr. OConner the best Doctor I had she is very outspoken shes care about my health and everyone elses health I most definitely recommend her shes the best

UPDATE: 04/03/2024... I went to my cardiologist on 04/02/2024 and was told the arteries in my heart were 75% blocked. The cardiologist wanted to do a angiogram but I needed a renewed referral... so I made an appointment with Ms. Sachiko Nakashima for 8:00am on Wednesday 04/03/2024 because the cardiologist wanted to schedule the pre-op for Thursday 04/04/2024 and the procedure for Friday 04/05/2024. I asked Ms. Sachiko Nakashima for the referral... she asked me to call back Wednesday afternoon and check on the referral... Jessica answered the call and informed my wife it takes up to a week for a referral... I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO Treat Now Family Clinic... EVER! Being diagnosed with a heart problem like this is traumatic enough without having to wait a week or more for a insurance referral when Treat Now Family Clinic could have shown a little compassion and helped me... When my wife and I started going to Treat Now Family Clinic they were wonderful... very professional and helpful. Nurse Practitioner Ms. Sachiko Nakashima is still great... she would get 5 Stars is it were just her. The clinic gave referrals to my wife for various specialists that accepted our insurance that were excellent. The clinic itself would also get 5 Stars. However the receptionist or whoever answers the phone is rude, unprofessional, has a bad attitude and no people skills at all... I would not even give them a 1 Star rating if possible... the following is my experience with the "Front Desk"... At the end of October 2023 I asked for a referral to a different cardiologist because the one I had been seeing couldn't remember what meds he had prescribed me and had other age related issues... I received a referral to the same cardiologist... I asked about it and got another referral... I never heard from the new cardiologist so I called Treat Now to inquire... was told I needed an appointment for a referral... I explained the situation again slowly because I assume the person I was talking to was having trouble comprehending what I said the first time... then I got put on hold... forever... not really... only like 10 minutes .. so I hung up... called back... got put on hold immediately... repeated that a couple of times... then I called from my wife's phone and they answered... imagine that... LOL! She gave me the referral information... go figure... I had a follow-up appointment at Treat Now scheduled for December 7th, 2023. My wife had surgery on the 6th so I called to reschedule my appointment. Whoever answered the phone was kind of rude, curt and dismissive. I assume it was the same person I had talked to before... they had the same attitude anyway. They didn't want to reschedule my appointment... they just cancelled it and told me to call back... I hope the conversations were recorded... if I have to deal with people like this at Treat Now I will be looking for a new PCP... ASAP! I've never met Dr. Oconner but have heard nothing but good things about her... and like I said before Sachiko Nakashima is wonderful... 5+ Stars except for whoever answers the phone... I apologize for the lengthy review but wanted to be thorough.

Treat Now has been treating me and my Family for years. Dr. Nakashima Is absolutely amazing, she's kind, good listener, explains plan of care and if specialist is needed, she will find one that excepts my insurance. She always goes over and beyond for her patients. Jessica is amazing in front office too. I used to work in the medical field myself and know when I'm in a good place. Thank You Treat NOW
