If I could not give any stars I would. I am highly disappointed in this place starting with Kim that works in the front office. I went in for a interview only to be told she doesn't remember that I had a interview set up. Not only am I disappointed in her and how unprofessional she is. I am also disappointed in the supervisor over Social Workers if I knew her name I would put it. However on the application it states that the agency prefers the employer to have a license not required. But when Kim proceeded to get the paperwork for me to begin filling out she inquires if I have my license. I stated no ma'am I don't. She states I'm not going to get the paperwork for you because the employer wants you to have your license. I informed her of what the application stated and she dismissed what I even said. I drove 3 hours for my interview only to be told this. Kim also stated that others came in for interviews and had to leave because they did not have their licenses as well. If more than one person comes in for an interview without having a license you would think the employer would put required on the application. Did I mention when I looked for the job the day before it stated on the website employer no longer accepting applications as if they already hired someone for the position. I can go on and on about my experience but I just want to warn the next person who tries to go and apply how very unprofessional this place is.

I am highly disappointed with this company. Upon being hired, I was under the impression of the social worker position being full-time. My first day of work, Kimberly Martin (Coordinator) informed me of the payment structure, which was not discussed during the interview or the hiring process. She pretty much told me that I will only get paid when I see a client, something that I was not aware of or would have agreed to, being that I moved out of the state and need full time work. I told Kimberly and Felicia Keys that I was new to home health, that is why I did not know of the home health payment structure. The next day of work, I tried to talk to the owner, Zemelda Carr about how I felt uncomfortable about the payment structure. She avoided the conversation and promised she will discuss it later after lunch. Due to her not discussing my concerns, I decided to quit. I was not going to work under their conditions. Going forward, it has been one month and I still have not gotten paid for my two days of work. Ms. Martin emailed me today asking for my Texas license, she also stated I told her that I will have it upon hire. That is not true. She ensured me that as long as I have a social work license(state of Mississippi) I could work at their company. Please Be Aware of employment as a social worker at this company.
