    I just had to leave a review for Linn! She knows her information and was very helpful!! I am not an Allstate customer however I was shopping around getting quotes and Linn knows her stuff! I really appreciate people who share knowledge and experience because that helps me as a customer or potential customer! She took her time, she didnt rush me and answered all of my questions! I can not say the same for my current insurance provider and honestly because of Linn alone, I would switch to Allstate! I really hope insurance companies going forward require their agents and customer service representatives to know their information! Thank you Linn for taking your time with me! You are extremely helpful!

    ETA: the communication with this guy is terrible. Never replies and doesnt offer help. I went ahead and cancelled my policy. Professionalism is huge with me. I should feel valued and I didnt. They also blamed us for our home flooding when it was an issue with the pipes. All in all, not a good experience. I hope others have a better experience. Also, it seems people who dont look like me get treated better. Im basing this off of the reviews. Our home was damaged due to the storm. Our claim was denied due to Allstate claiming the water came from our patio, according to them. This is a huge lie. Weve had professionals come in and determine the damage is due to a leak from the water heater. Mind you, this was never an issue until during the winter storm of Texas. So for three months we have lived with a leak simply because weve had to find a leak detector to prove to Allstate where the leak came from. IT ISNT THE PATIO. My husband finally pulled up the wood and discovered we have been living with BLACK MOLD!!! The horrible smell is due to the black mold. I am 8 months pregnant with a one year old and have to live with mold because Allstate does not want to do what we have fully paid them to do. We do not feel valued as clients at all. Since our initial claim was denied we have to put in another claim and wait even longer to get this resolved. I want to cry so bad. This is terrible. Had I known they would treat us like this, I would have went with someone else.
