I got into a hit and run with an 18 wheeler, the initial person I spoke with said we will talk to the adjuster in 2-4 weeks?? UMMM?! And we called Elissa C. 10 times before we got an answer, called her manager Devon and STILL no answer… my attorney called them STILL no answer or returned calls. When we finally got ahold of them Elissa was very rude and quick to get us off the phone. Needless to say they said there was nothing they can do but they still expect their payment this month, lol LOVELY . If you want cheap insurance, still don’t even pick this place. Try LA familia there’s is cheap and they get you decent insurance. In the meantime I’m reporting kemper to the better business bureau, since unfortunately I see everyone in the comments feels the same way as me.

Any one that Can recommend me an attorney to sue this company? One of their customers hit my truck, I placed the claim and after I place a claim I have not been able to get in touch with anyone the adjuster does not pick up neither does his supervisor I have called multiple times and they send me directly to voicemail I tried to call off of different numbers when they asked me for my claim number and I provide it to them it seems that they blocked that number as well when I tried calling back it sent me directly to voicemail again. I was looking at the reviews and Kemper insurance I do not want you to respond to my review , like you do to everyone else’s I just want you to get in touch and get this right.

Cancelled my policy, even sent them a paper with signature and all, the helpful guy on the phone made sure they didn’t go into my bank account anymore which is good but then I started receiving emails that my account was past due, now I have an invoice saying I owe them. It doesn’t make sense. I thought cancelling early would give me some kind of refund but instead I owe?

seems like nobody knows what’s going on in their office because they just want to transfer you to their supervisor who doesn’t seem to answer despite the numerous voicemails you leave. it’s impossible to get someone to talk to you. they owe my boyfriend a big check that still has yet to arrive from sep 24th and it is now october 16th
