I can't brag enough about how professional Nick has been. He's easy to reach and when my family asked about life insurance he actually took the time to sit down and go through our options. I've heard good things about Texas Farm Bureau, and recommend giving Nick a call.

I decided to check this place out after hearing several people online who got great rates from them. However, this company has horrible customer service. I called them to request a quote and I was told they would get back with me, they never did. So, I decided to call a couple days later and was told they were still working on the quote and would contact me. After a whole week I had to be the one to call them back. The person I spoke with told me the numbers and what I would have to pay which I was quoted on. I was told the quote would be emailed to me so I can review. I never received the emailed quote. How can someone actually trust a company like this if a claim needs to be made?

Closing time says 4:30.
Drove across town in the rain and arrived at 3:50 to a locked door. A very polite woman named Glenda answered the door and informed me no one was there to help. I was told they had a Christmas party and all of the agents decided to go home after. I asked to speak to a manager, I was then informed he was not there either. How absolutely unprofessional and fustrating. I will be writing a letter to the Waco headquarters.

Very happy with my Agent Patrick Daily. He has always responded quickly. Questions were answered promptly and met appointments on time. Cannot expect better service.
