        Horrible service, they kept canceling my policy and when I tried to make a payment the said they payment system was not working. I tried to set up auto bill pay and they said that they would do it but next month they didnt charge so when I called they said the girl that was suppose to set up my auto pay was not there anymore and I would have to pay extra fees. They did this to me for three month. Really bad service. I dont recommend them to anyone.

        I thought as your kids get older premiums are supposed to go down. I also thought multi car discount means multi cars not a discount for every two cars. Very disappointed how all insurance companies can get away with deceiving people just because they know we HAVE to have insurance.
