This is the worst nursing service I have ever encountered. They dont have enough field staff. The patients goes two weeks or more without any services and when you call the office they play phone tag they pretend they are transferring you to someone that can handle the problem but no one answers. The staff appears to not care if the services are met or not. I will be passing this information on to Medicare.

I used Rosas for over 5 years. I started with them and loved them due to Robin Minor who took amazing care of my Dad. After he passed away @ 94, I used them same agency for my Mom. Administrative errors were constantly being made with lost orders from Doctors, recert paperwork being lost/slow to be processing and it goes on from there ... I had to follow up with Admin for everything. Very unprofessional. The only reason I stayed was because I loved the care team I had assembled with Nurse, Aid & PT who provided amazing care to my Mom. May, 2021, Mom was released from the hospital on Saturday and was due to have Nurse come out on Tuesday. I called Monday morning and left a message for Sandra, but never received a reply. I called back at 3:30. Sandra told me she didnt have a Nurse to send, informed me she was dropping my Mom from ALL THREE services and left us searching for a new home health care company to provide medical care to my 90 yo mother 2 days after she was released from the hospital. Sunday evening, one of the caretakers had voiced concerns my mother wasnt seen in the system at all which tells me they knew in advance and didnt contact me. Most unprofessional company I have done business with, but thankful we no longer have to do business with them.

Nurses almost never come when they are supposed to, or sometimes at all. They make my grandfather feel like he is a burden. Horrible care. I called the administrator to discuss these issues on 3 separate occasions and it changed NOTHING. Do not recommend at all.
