      image I tried to get my haircut with Naz cause she had many recommendations from other reviews. I only asked her to trim an inch off the top part of my hair and yet for some reason all the volume is gone after the cut and Im just left with stringy long bits of hair that just flops down as if I just got drenched from heavy rain. This is my second time giving this branch a chance and Im severely disappointed.

      image Did the check-in online. Makes the wait feel so short!! Only waited like 10 minutes once I arrived. Nice energy from everyone and the sweet lady who did my hair, Cathy, did an AMAZING JOB! I am glowing I feel so pretty! She took what I showed her and made it 10 times better
