They did a wonderful job with the tile backsplash in our bathroom makeover. We had a couple of challenges (older house) but we talked it out and I'm very happy with the final result. Thank you for the quick turnaround and attention to detail.

A-Ward Custom Installations has been terrific to work with. Brandon was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns. The installers on my bathroom jobs were terrific. They were prompt and detailed on my rather challenging bathroom makeover. I was very pleased and will be using them again for the redo of our master bathroom in the near future. I had a wonderful experience with A-Ward Customs! My husband and I purchased backsplash tile and installation from Home Depot, and A-Ward was the 3rd party assigned for install. While Home Depot was slow and very hard to get a hold of or communicate with, A-Ward was the exact opposite! After reaching out to our contact there with help getting Home Depot to complete the order (a 2 week battle), we had someone in our home setting up the backslash two days later. Very professional, efficient, and our backsplash could not look better!! Going straight to them for our next project. Thank you, A-Ward!!!!

Although there were some challenges with my installation they Gabrielle did a fantastic job. They ran into termites the first day. So I fixed that problem and they were very accommodating. I will be scheduling my next install with them. Service: Install flooring
