The counselor who will ghost you. I think this is because she is overbooked and overworked. I gave one star because they do have coffee available in the waiting room.

I tried to schedule with Tammy and she let me know very rudely that they dont take my insurance even though my insurance provider picked them out for me to contact since they were close to where I live. I was very discouraged from counseling in the beginning of my search and now even more so

She seemed like a good therapist and was really helpful until she stopped showing up for appointments and now wont answer or return any of my phone calls. If there was a problem and she could no longer see me I should have been notified in a professional manner instead of just ignored. Its really unprofessional and irresponsible, especially considering she works in a healthcare profession and is supposed to be helping people with their mental health.
