I'm typically given 3 month supplies of my medication, and then have to schedule follow up zoom appointments/pay $30 to get more. However, they are very hard to get ahold of. This is partly why my spouse stopped going there as well. There have been times where I've gone without my medication because I couldn't get ahold of anyone to book another medication management appointment. Not taking it makes my head and body feel odd. I don't think it should be that hard to get a refill for something regarding your mental health. I had a zoom appointment scheduled last week, and I unfortunately forgot about it because I was at work and had just gotten out of a meeting. I wasn't able to reschedule until a few days later because we were playing phone tag. When I finally got a hold of them, I was charged $125 for missing my $30 zoom appointment... I understand having a fee, but $125 for missing a zoom appointment? Really? Keep in mind they ask the exact same questions every time and the appointment takes 5 minutes or less. Needless to say, I am very frustrated with Mind Above Matter. :(

Was put on hold and overheard them laughing so I hung up. Very rude and unprofessional. If you not in the profession to truly help people then quit.
