If I could give them 0 stars I would. The Alpha Graphics representative that normally helps us S.G. (Initials only) yet again dropped the ball and didnt get our envelopes ordered timely. Once or twice this wouldnt be such a huge problem but S.G. failed us one too many times. Our business relies on timely communications with our clients and not being able to communicate because our envelopes were not ordered cost us considerable amounts of money. Thanks for nothing Alpha Graphics we will no longer use your business for our marketing needs and I hope this discourages others from using them and losing valuable time and money.

Unreliable Service, Unacceptable Delays, and Poor Customer Care: Avoid Alphagraphics! Review: Alphagraphics has repeatedly failed to meet even the most basic standards of service and professionalism. Despite being a loyal customer who has ordered hundreds of thousands of envelopes from them, our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, their constant timeline issues have wreaked havoc on our operations. Time and time again, deadlines have been missed, projects delayed, and excuses made. The most recent debacle involved a representative conveniently claiming they didn't receive crucial instructions via email, causing a delay of over 10 days in our print order. This level of incompetence is inexcusable. To add insult to injury, the prices quoted by Alphagraphics were shockingly higher than what we typically pay and significantly inflated compared to competitors' rates. Despite these exorbitant costs, when confronted with the magnitude of their error, they offered only a paltry discount. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and fair pricing is outrageous. Furthermore, the lack of accountability and communication from Alphagraphics is appalling. Rather than taking responsibility for their mistakes and striving to rectify them, they choose to deflect blame and offer token gestures of appeasement. In conclusion, dealing with Alphagraphics has been a frustrating and infuriating experience. We strongly advise anyone seeking reliable printing services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache, hassle, and disappointment by avoiding Alphagraphics at all costs.

It's not just the quality of the printing AlphaGraphics Arlington provides to me, but the cost is the best I could find in the DFW area. Highly recommended!

The staff (especially Lynn) are exceptionally helpful and provide great customer service. Because I am fairly new to the marketing department within my organization, I have a lot of questions on printing projects - the AlphaGraphic team has made each print project a great experience.
