        Unfriendly staff, I asked them to change my sim card to 5G SIM card but the staff said I have to change my service and buy new plan He didnt do anything and I left the store.

        TJ was super prompt and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and helped me and my whole family save money and upgrade with the family plan. He explained things thoroughly and with a friendly attitude so I was very comfortable making different decisions and all around felt like I got some really great deals!
