Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

This Bank sucks they never have enough help when you ask for another teller they look at you like your out of line for asking. Will be transfering to Chase.

rude employee they are not willing to help you they treat people as if the people owed them a favor or as if they were doing the client a favor they are not professionals they have no idea how to treat a client or how to find solutions to help said client the truth is It bothers me a lot because it is the bank I have always had and this agency is the one I have always gone to because it is the closest to my house but lately they have terrible customer service

My wife and I came to open an account, but they don't have anyone who does that here. That is the most basic job of a bank, opening accounts. I will find a different company to do this very basic job.

I needed to make a complicated transaction, and would've had to go to several places to get it done. Jennifer (my Teller) went above and beyond with customer service by thinking outside of the box, I really appreciate her efforts. I'd recommend this location for excellent customer service and care.
