        Customer here& not very satisfied, they charge $10 for the very next day..no way to treat customers, things Happens,soon as I've time to search round, I'm switching not happy here@ ALL& I don't recommend anyone nyther, I just dont wanna be without insurance & I've a lot goin on my mom's down wit a stroke... only reason. Online Dont work as well paying bill. A lots not right here, add claims on ur policy, they say accidentally pssst! Wat if I paid that?.. no great feeling of a few things, sorry.. but honestly

        I talked with Cassandra Esparza and she was able to convince me to change and go with yall. I had a previous instance for a very long time of which Direct Auto offered more for my money. I truly appreciate the patience and understanding of Cassandra as she explained everything to me to where I was able to understand the policy. My past experiences seem like a rush job.
