        Thank you Mrs. Maria, for helping me with the tour. You made everything so smooth and convenient as I am in a wheelchair . I greatly appreciate your assistance. Eventhough I am unable to lease due to no washer dryer connection and I needed a handicap apartment. I would of leased because of your service. Thank you

        Apartments are decent for the price. It is very noisy here though which is understandable due to being so close to UTA. The recent change in management has not be good though. They charge you to have visitors. I have had to pay four times now and it is not right. I will be vacating when my lease is over. The manager Claudia is great and has always been helpful.

        New owner company has let the property become less desirable weeds are spreading from the gravel and litter from cigarettes is everywhere not like when I moved in resanitly the paint job does justify my rent increase
