    I don't think this needs further explanation. The in office staff are actually amazing though. So though I paid rent in full they "claim" $124 went towards utilities. So they waited until today to charge another 102.50 late fee for "late rent". Called premier the person said they charge 10% late fee to anthing over $100,mind you the contract doesn't state any of this anywhere smh welcome to the junction.

    Worst place to live no lie water is always turn off and nothing never gets fix towing company sucks and people in office rude as hell never answers the phone! Dont MOVE IN AT LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE TRUST ME ! They make you pay a bill that nothing on there makes sense gas bill Pest control sewer and water bill Take my advice NoT WORTH STAYING HERE AT ALL !

    Good morning, the apartments are in very good condition, very nice but unfortunately the administration does not respect the rental costs of the contract and from one month to the next they charge you increased bills, or annual payments, which were not added in the contract nor was there prior notice, the manager does not give good arguments about it, only that they have to be paid. In addition to this, the water service fails, it is cut off very frequently and the hot water service is bad.

    These are BY FAR THE WORSE APARTMENTS EVER . I moved in June 22 , 2023 & January 18th 2024 / they charged me for a week worth of lights from the previous resident. NEVER credited me back my payment . They charge you fees that werent even in the lease . They are very rude and unprofessional . Juliana is very unprofessional . Maintenance is also unprofessional . My hair didnt work when I first moved in . My heat didnt work when it got cold . My kids bathroom ceiling leaked for the moment we moved in , my bathroom toilet leaked and clogged every time it was used just all around best the worse experience
