bugs, you lose your hot water for a week, they dont work weekends, when they are working they arent there half the time. poor communication, when you file a maintance report online nothing gets done. you call they tell you do it online. Hot Water is out again. I swear to God they are just turning it off for fun. No notice of it. I swear if it's down for another week like the other time because I had to wait for a part.. God forbid you pay more to have it faster. Not mention they have an ai to answer calls when no one is there to I guess navigate you to their actual call but just hangs up on you. Great place.

Would give zero stars if I could, Ive lived here for two years. Literally go anywhere else - Dont bother calling the office they wont answer - Been without wifi for half a year, guess they gave up on fixing it and are hoping everyone forgets - Been without water for days. Get lied to every day that itll just be a couple more hours - Was without AC for a MONTH AND A HALF this summer. My makeup and lotions MELTED. My cat got sick. Zero help or response from the office, and they still expected payment for AC - We dont even have an office onsite anymore! Have fun driving to other apartments to talk to someone who cant help you anyway - Rent prices increase every new lease even though you get less amenities! - Theres one washer/dryer for the entire complex to use because the other one is always broken! - Dont expect your maintenance order to be handled, even the fire department cant get ahold of maintenance! I love that the fire department has to knock on my door at night because they cant get a hold of anybody! - Dont expect to be notified when they turn your water off, theyll just do it with no warning and no plan of when its coming back on! But do expect to still pay for water! - Do you like roaches? This is the place for you! Theyre everywhere! - Staff is a revolving door, I expect theyre treated just as poorly as the residents - Would you like your car towed? This is the place for you! They like to change policy overnight and on weekends when no one is able to help! And dont tell you what new towing company theyre using this time!
