Maintenance is on point, office staff is friendly, clean grounds, no roaches and best rates out there!

The cops are called a lot and there is cockroaches everywhere and the manager stepson tries to fight people once the cops were called because of a fight between kids

I used to live here with a couple of roommate's while I was in college. I would say this was one of the best places I ever lived, & I still have some fond memories to this day. Clean area, good rates, and the management was always helpful when we interacted. This was a great place to live.

5 Stars no question. I have lived in a number of apartments over the years and without doubt Woodland West is head and shoulders above any other in my experience. The management is excellent and super friendly. The maintenance team is A+. Example: My microwave went out one AM and I called the office to report it. SURPRISE! By noontime maintenace had a brand new one installed. No matter how major or minor the problem (only 3 so far), they have fixed it the same day it was reported. The maintenance crew is also friendly plus very helpful, alway offering assistance. I am very very happy to be here.
