        When I talked with them, clearly she said that One covered Car parking they will provide with monthly rental, but when I signed they give us extra charge fees around 80$ which will be added. But other apartment takes around 30$ for trash, pest control, others. Its totally unfair policy from Autumnwood. I think they should give proper information while they are talking to residents.

        The staff is very amazing & nice their customer service was great and the maintenance team is very responsive and completed my work orders within the same day! I am very satisfied being a part of the Autumnwood Community!

        Put a ticket in through the community portal on Saturday due to the smoke alarm meeting during the night. Monday they replaced 2 batteries. Let me the two batteries for me to know the job was completed. Nice and easy!
