This is the worst APARTMENTS EVER !!! DONT RENT HEREERR THERES NEVER HOT WATER

Honest first impression after moving here was terrible. First unit we moved into was infested with rats, we killed multiple rats and the unit was also flooded within the first week of living there, also absolutely no hot water. Manager compensated us by transferring to a better unit. This new unit has hot water and maintenance comes pretty quick for any repairs. Thankful that the office manager was willing to work with us.

My experience at Vineyard Apartments has been extremely disappointing. There are several lssues that make living here a terrible choice. Firstly, the lack of hot water is a consistent problem. It's frustrating to not have access to hot water for basic needs such as showering or washing dishes. Despite multiple complaints, the management has failed to address this issue adequately. Another major concern is the overall cleanliness of the apartments. They rarely clean the common areas, and the apartments themselves are often dirty upon move-in. It's evident that maintenance and cleanliness are not a priority for the management. This lack of cleanliness creates an uncomfortable living environment. Furthermore, the management's lack of transparency is a significant problem. When I initially toured the apartments, they didn't even show me the specific unit I was going to rent. This lack of transparency should have been a red flag from the beginning. Additionally, the "special move-in" promotion they advertised turned out to be a complete bait-and-switch tactic. They promised certain amenities or features, but none of them were delivered upon move-in. The quality of the apartments themselves is subpar. They are old structures, and it shows. The maintenance team does the bare minimum to address any issues, leaving residents with a constant feeling of dissatisfaction. The pricing at Vineyard Apartments is unjustified. They overcharge for water and other utilities, and they even charge a monthly fee for pets, regardless of whether you actually have a pet or not. This practice is unfair and feels like an additional way for them to squeeze more money out of their residents. On top of that, they have the audacity to charge guests $3.00 for parking, which is an unnecessary and unwelcoming policy. The office staff are unresponsive and unhelpful. They show no interest in resolving issues or providing satisfactory customer service. It's frustrating to deal with their lack of professionalism and indifference to residents' concerns. In conclusion, I strongly advise against moving to Vineyard Apartments. The lack of hot water, dirty living conditions, deceptive practices, old structures, unjustified pricing, and unresponsive management make it an incredibly unpleasant place to live. I am eagerly waiting for my lease to end so I can finally leave this disappointing living situation behind. Lastly, to office staff and owner there is no need to respond to my review, Leave it alone ... Thank you

Let me add mostly all reviews are true iv had roaches in my apartment since I moved into the complex, they told me to buy a store chemical because theyre in between pest control companies. Also, hot water is not hot. You will have warm water even after multiple maintenance request they make it hard to live here. every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday they have men drinking in the parking lots into the late night listening to music so if you have children, its kind of hard for them to even go outside and enjoy themselves. Ive been into it with multiple men for harassing comments they make as me and my daughter walk to the park brought to managements attention, but honestly as long as those people pay their rent, they dont care about what happens on the property when they go home. The manager, Vicky is very rude. All she cares about is money. I was late on my rent and took my money order in on the 15th was told they filed for eviction mind you this is my first month living here.Save your money its not worth it!!

Save your money and some headaches and rent somewhere else. Everything breaks down and they take very long to fix it and when they do they dont properly fix it they just fix it where its good enough for a short period of time until it breaks again. You pay for pest control but yet you have roaches and ants. You pay for them to pick up your garbage but yet they dont go when they should so it starts stinking and half the time you have to throw your own trash. Old appliances, no amenities, gate is just for show.on top of everything they said my deposit was refundable and at the end of my first lease when I moved out they acted like if they didnt know what I was talking about. They did not refund me my deposit. They also have very bad customer service. All them ladies in the office are rude. To answer the owners response, oh no trust me we did live there and it will be the last time and we let everyone know as well. I would not like to discuss it because when we were living there nobody seemed to care about the issues only about the rent money. Not even the manager cared..
