        I've been here for two years and it's been pretty good. Great apartment size for the price. Probably not possible to do better in Arlington. Maintenance has fixed things fast for me except when they were injured and out for a while. The complex is mostly clean and nice looking. Insulation seems fine. My electric bill is usually $50ish in a one bedroom. My only issue is someone often not being in the office during work hours and the return times they put hardly ever seem to be correct ("back at 2:30", but never shows up). Still, I'd keep living here if I wasn't moving to another state.

        Unacceptable management! The property stinks like mold, another apartment has had broken sliding glass door for over six months, aluminum foil placed on windows which is a fire hazard, maintenance entering apartments without informing residents, spraying toxic chemicals that is noticeable for weeks. Most importantly, My lease ended and they are attempting to continue billing me. Im going to report them to the department of housing, the BBB, the national Association of residential managers. Also housing department in Arlington. Do not move here!
