She presented a variety of homes and explained the pros/cons of each home and its neighborhood. She seems to be always friendly with a positive attitude. Much to our surprise, we eventually purchased a garden home and love it.

Jacob is very honest and upfront with the houses he shows, he dosent try to only show you the good but also what you could expect good or bad. Real estate brokerage companies are paid at closing for their services through the title companies. And, any contract you sign should be reviewed by your attorney.
