The people who work here absolutely amazing! They cleaned my engagement ring for our photos, resized my wedding band when it came 1/4 size too small, and then cleaned both the engagement and wedding bands before our wedding day--which was quite the undertaking because of the tiny holes under each some to allow light to pass through and show their sparkle being filling with sodium alginate from a hand casting kit we did. They got all the rings cleaned, fitting perfectly, and photo ready for all of our wedding events and I could not be happier with the services received. Highly recommend Miss Victoria Jones and her team they're all very professional, knowledgeable in their field, and great to have a friendly conversation with while you're there.

I love this store and the ladies! Ive worked with them for years, going back to when they were at Duncan & Boyd. They listen to what you are looking for and keep notes of what you like for the future. I worked with them to re-design an heirloom ring into 5 different pieces. During the design process they noted what I was thinking about, provided their feedback/support, introduced me to jewelry designers to discuss bands, and handled each step of the process. Their help and guidance took a lot of stress from the re-design process off my shoulders. I always look forward to working with them in the future!
