My wedding ring lost a Diamond over a year ago and I have been consulting with Lex Graham on a complete rebuild of my ring for several months now. Having decided on a design and leaving it in his capable hands a couple of weeks ago, I got to see the final result today and was completely amazed. We added in the Diamonds from both my moms wedding ring and my grandmothers, making it a 3 generation ring that I will treasure forever. I think, besides the complete professionalism with which they treat all of their clients, its the kindness and the compassion that I appreciate most. From the moment I arrive at their door, I am treated like a VIP and made to feel special. That is very rare in the customer service world nowadays, so when I find it, I am happy to give my business to such places. I also love that they will work on jewelry that was purchased elsewhere; not just at Graham Brothers. This is a wonderful family that makes customer satisfaction their top priority. It just doesnt get better than that.

I purchased my engagement ring from Lex at Graham Brothers Jewelers and I can say without hesitation that it was the best buying experience I have ever had. During our initial consultation with Lex, he gave incredible attention and thought. In so doing, he was able to anticipate what she wanted even when she, herself, wasn't as sure. In further meetings, he presented the most impressive inventory of diamonds I had ever seen. Once we decided on the exact diamond, he was able to create a custom setting within a few short days. Every time I enter Graham Brothers Jewelers I truly feel like I'm part of the family. I wasn't just another transaction to them. They sincerely cared about me as an individual and wanted to be a part of the story of my engagement by designing the most stunning piece of jewelry.
