They were super friendly and attentive in the beginning when I first purchased my first home. Now I have been waiting to even hear one single word about a claim I put in a few months ago. I left voicemails, but now their voicemail box is too full to accept more. I even emailed, no acknowledgement or anything. I would appreciate if I hear back soon for assistance.

The worst agency ever! I am so glad to get out from under them! They sold one policy without cancelling the other. I found out I was still insuring the home we sold the same day day we closed on our new home a year later when the old company went bankrupt. I had to wait 6 months to get my 4K$s back from the state when if it had been cancelled the date the house sold it would have been done differently. The whole thing was a mess as I had to prove and backdate the cancellation. According to them I was supposed to have cancelled it myself -said no good agency ever! They had my auto written with Clearcover and my HO policy with Safeco. I had no idea Safeco wrote auto policies too and by having both with the company I could have saved 15% on my HO policy and by switching my auto policy over to safeco as well I went from paying $359 a month to $187 a month for twice the coverage!!! Also just noticed today my auto policy with Clearcover still has my old address from 1.5 years ago:( i have literally been told every time I've needed something from them that I have to do it myself. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Lisa goes above and beyond to provide the best product her customers need. She even looks at your current policy and will honestly tell you if she can or can't save you money and if you're vulnerable in an area. I'll always recommend Lisa link.
