        I have insurance with you guys that I through cChase bank in Florida, to fax anything is a problem . The customer service is an issue, no disrespect but they are from the Philippine and if I have an issue they cannot help me. I have been ftrying to fax and scan something to the main office in amiriillo texts for the last 5 to 6 days and they keep saying they only see one page. It’s not like they can walk to the fax machine they are in another country. Why am I dealing with other people in another country. That needs to change. I have Been with this company many years and the customer service is getting worse. I should clarify, I have annuity through your company.
