Oh boy let's start with you call them you cancel the water bill cause you move to a different address they're all nice on the phone they and then they dont ever cancel the freaking bill and charge you for 2 addresses then you have to refuse absolutely refused to pay a water bill that they claim for the older dress even though you canceled the old billing address and you went out there and manually turned the water meter off that's when you know they don't read the water meters they just charge you because they're thieves Cause the city of amarillo gotta pay for that trash downtown that stupid baseball field

Wish there was an option for no stars. Worst utilities place weve ever had. The cost every month is ridiculous, the website doesnt work, it wont allow you to actually create an account, the phone system has been down for at least a week now, and they dont accept your payment over the phone.
