They are the worst office of Texas government to serve the people in Amarillo with stupid lazy case workers they will wait for the last minutes of 30 days then deny you because they do not read all docs carefully it is a shame for Texas Health and Human services

i went to the office today to talk to someone about my applications, talking to someone over the phone is doing little to no help, there is a lady there who is older and has long white hair with purple, she told me that if i provided the right information they might accept my application and then i asked about my medicaid because i am 6 months pregnant, she told me they havent looked at my application, they are 90days behind, i politely asked her if im just waiting at this point and if that is all and she told me if you say so was completely rude and unprofessional, honestly that office needs people in there who care about just trying to help and make someone feel better about the situations people are being put in right now, not someone who is just there to be rude and move on to the next person!!
