        Horrible manager spends half the time outside smoking everytime I go she's no where to be found and you can smell her which is disturbing enough as it is even with a few isles apart

        This particular store is constantly closed during normal business hours. Very frustrating. Today's excuse: "store closed due to excessive truck".... Really?

        The customer service is horrible. When trying to check out you get ignored. When there is an issue with the self check out, no one knows how to work the machines. Ridiculous that a person has to wait 30 minutes to be acknowledged. Then, the cashier says that the job doesn't mean that much to him, when I complained about being ignored for 30 min. This is by far the worst Dollar General in Amarillo. If you go here be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes being ignored at the checkout counter.
