    I took my jeep in for warranty repairs and I was told it would take 3 days. It was 6 weeks later when they finished. The communication was very poor, they would only respond when I stopped in. When I did finally get my vehicle back the windshield was damaged. Their response was they're not responsible for what happens to vehicles while they have them. I highly recommend using any other dealership. I purchased the extended warranty from Mopar and I am regret it now. The only positive thing I can say about this dealership is the used car sales team is their only decent department. I will only use the I-40 West dealership from now on or drive to Lubbock, stay away from these guys!

    I bought a used 2016 Jeep Wrangler from them. It became apparent to me that they didn't even do a safety inspection prior to it's sale to me. The previous owner had it altered for off-road. Such altered Jeeps are prone to what's know as the Death Wobble. Violent shaking happens when hitting a bump at high speed. Had to buy a special license plate frame for the front to display my tag as required by state law. Had to replace the windshield wipers. With all I've had to go through with them. I will never recommend them.

    I would not even give them a star if possible. They had our vehicle for 6 weeks instead of the two to three days we were initially told. Everytime we checked in on it something else came up that they forgot to order the part or whatever else the excuse was. Then we picked up the vehicle and the windshield was broken. When we notified them they told us they were not responsible for what happens to the vehicles when there are in their possession. That this was a normal thing for them and it wasn't going to be replaced. The worst dealership we have ever encountered the customer service sucks, the gm is horrible as well as he is the one that told us "well it happens" Do not buy from them or use them for service you'll regret it. Never again!
