High end bag purchase ask for Jovie, Dillards got it right when they hired Jovie in the handbags area. Let me tell you why. This wonderful woman went well above and beyond with helping me decide on my LV purse. Not only that when we discussed the first one I bought and how it broke she told me LV can fix it for me and she went as far as taking my number down so she could send me another place that fixes LV hand bags, and no doubt she came through and text me the info after she was off work. I will never shop anywhere else for my LV bags. She was simply amazing. She should train all other employees who will be in handbag department for Dillards, I cannot express how satisfied I am simply bc this amazing woman!
