Very knowledgeable. They have been hit hard by global supply chain issues for certain brands, however, and there may be long waits associated with certain parts.

Absolutely the worst company ever. Charged an outrageous amount to fix something fairly simple. Communication is something foreign to this company. Would only respond if I threatened to dispute charges on the credit card. Always has some excuse, i.e. (I had covid, the part is on back order, it's on the way, I'm having issues with my phone, etc...) don't expect anything to actually get done with this guy. He's always at the mercy of the supply company he uses. I called him in June and it's now September and still no working washing machine. Service: Washing machine repair

If I could leave a rating of less than 1 star I would. They repaired my refrigerator in August and it worked for about a month. Same issue. Freezer working but main fridge warm. Called them back and the Technician said he couldn't work on it because my wall outlet was missing the safety ground. He said he knew that wasn't why the refrigerator wasn't working but by procedure he that he was not allowed to work on it. He advised me to call a licensed electrician to fix it and then reschedule. Even though I was not happy, I had Patrick electric come out and fix the plug that same day (by the way, the licensed electrician said he couldn't believe they refused to work on it for that reason, a lot of older homes were not wired that way). I called and got rescheduled. When the technician was on his way (same guy)he said you need to prove you had it done, I need a copy of the invoice. I provided him a copy of the invoice and he still was not satisfied, He told me he didn't think they fixed it right and refused to look at my refrigerator again. I asked him for his supervisors number and he refused to give it to me. So much for customer service. I would not hire these people to fix anything. The warranty was through Sears. I recommended to them they terminate business with this company, and as for the technician, I think he should be fired! Service: Refrigerator repair
