        I called this company yesterday for washer repair. I was scheduled for service between 3-5 today. They were a no show/no call until 7:15. He offered to come out at that time of night which I agreed. I asked him about the appointment and he chuckled and said "jobs". Then he said that as I was disappointed (I never said I was disappointed) he said "Let's not. I will allow you to find someone else". Very unprofessional.

      Unplugging your refrigerator was a temporary fix until you chose to make the permanent repair that you were quoted. You are not being truthful, you did not call us before you posted a bad review and we will not be doing any further business with you. When your problem shows up in the near future you will need to contact another service provider, show them the invoice you have and they will replace the parts listed and then your refrigerator will be permanently fixed and you will not need to unplug it to defrost in the future.

      Sincere apologies for the inconvenience Ruben, your complaint is with your property management staff. It is illegal to set up a ladder on a public walkway without a spotter (2nd man).
