As a loan originator tried to help Stephen Cope get terms one time. He was arrogant and his behavior was totally unprofessional when explained there would be a $7k fee to initiate the term sheet. Even after explaining the fees go to 3rd party reports, he had the audacity to email the lender to tell them theyre poor after slamming the phone on them. Its a $500AUM fund.

If I could give more stars I would! As a realtor for over 20 years working with many builders, I have never had such a positive experience as I had with the Mark Cope Hones team! They treated my clients honestly and above and beyond in every way. They have great quality materials and extras that are difficult to just find anywhere else. We worked with several members of the team and they were always professional, helpful, and extremely organized and timely. My clients are so happy in their new home and that reflects positively on me as their realtor. Its truly been the best experience we could ask for in the build and purchase of a new home!

Mark sent me an email apologizing which i very much apprecaite. Don't go off of my review as my experience just go to the initial introduction. Im chaing my star from 0 to a 3 in appreciating of the email apology.

I recieved an email from this company and I questioned the validity of this as an upstanding company as my research shows the wording and promises in this e-mail are bizarre, my professional investor mentor told me be careful as this doesnt sound legitimate. I emailed back saying my concerns and the owners reply is for me to Repent. I guess that was a sin for me to question their company and do my due diligence which is a very much a must do when it involves investing or large sums of money. Some of the interest rates of return are consistent like Bernie Madoff always was even during a recession. Well our housing market is in one which is why all Real estate investment trust are all down in value and the public REIT are down on the stock market. Most around 20-40%. So how can positive 14+ be made. If its too good to be true then .. hire a professional If you must deal other this company. Be careful.
