Its a really good place to workout and try to get fit as well as distract yourself. I like the vibe, the place and I like how the coach also helps out and makes you push yourself as well as explaining what each workout is and letting you know its name.

The members here at HERO are supportive and friendly. The programming is genius. The equipment is top of the line and facility is CLEAN! Denis is knowledgeable and very passionate about seeing you succeed. If you are looking for a jumpstart, a positive change and/or to grow and push yourselflook no further! This is the place!

I enjoy the concept of this gym. Great place if you want to push yourself to get fit and strong! I like that there is a great balance of styles in the workouts. Good vibes and fun!
