I had a great stay here. Khushboo was very helpful. I was having issues through the Priceline app extending my stay. She was very helpful and understanding through the entire process. There are good employees and great ones. She deserves a raise for the quality of customer service that I experienced. Walkability: Everything is close Food & drinks: It's in a great spot for good restaurants.

The hotel seems to have seen better days but now running on empty. Can still see what was good but also where it is wearing thin. Beds were comfortable. Bedding and towels clean. Carpet was not but stairs and corridor carpet cleaned while we were there. Chamber maids clearly did their best and rooms cleaned well when they came, which was not every day, not enough of them and they each had a schedule to follow. Toiletries refilled most days. Coffee tray rarely replenished. Coffee machine workes, as did the fridge although it needed defrosting. Paper cups and plastic beakers so nothing to microwave food on. Breakfast same everyday, never saw sausages as on one photo. Coffee pretty good. Orange juice not fresh but OK. Waffle machines good. Syrup. Yoghurt usually good and usually available. Bananas most days. Slices of bread for toast and cereal, one plain one garishly fluorescent coloured and sugary. Some sort of whipped spread, not really margarine, def not butter and grape jelly( the only type of jam we ever saw) Overall impression of food calorie and additive filled but could pick something reasonably healthy if not exciting. Also all plates/ cups etc disposable. Not even recyclable!! Was one staff member at breakfast most days. He worked hard keeping everything refilled, cleaning surfaces and keeping everything tidy and looking as appealing as possible. Could really see the difference when it wasn't hom on duty, and had to ask several times when almost everything had run out. Car park often busy but big enough. Swimming pool cold and no changing facilities but did provide towels. Could be made nice, currently maybe better seen as place for contractors just requiring basics for work rather than holiday makers. It's fine for somewhere cheap to sleep, assuming that it is cheap, but not for somewhere where the amenities matter at all. Rooms: Reasonable. Bed comfortable. Bathroom OK. TV. Fridge. Iron/ironing board. Coffee maker, microwave but only paper/ plastic cups. Nearby activities: Restaurants within walking distance, need car for pretty much everything else Food & drinks: Nothing to write home about but you shouldn't starve Noteworthy details: Swimming pool rather cold but usually empty. No lifeguard but wuite shallow. Children need supervising but would anyway. Gym with a few machines but some broken.

I have no idea why so many people are being so negative other than they are not happy unless they are complaining. I had a great stay and observed they may have been busy with eclipse traffic. front desk on checkin the lady was very pleasant and a total pro! Paul working the kitchen are kept food on the counter and the overall area clean. About the only complaint i can have is i was hoping to have some sausage, bacon or even biscuits and gravy! Alas we had Eggs, waffles, yogurt, juice cereal, milk, coffee, etc. Actually that was good enough I give all staff members i interacted with an A+ Also when we informed some that we learned our Grand Daughter passed away they were very compassionate and gave us their condolences and that made us feel really good. If we get back to Addison this will definitely be a go to place to stay.
