I have been had several procedures in surgical centers in the past. I had sinus surgery this morning. Dr Acevedo and he his staff and the center were so impressive. Professional friendly personal and such a calming atmosphere. Highly recommend! Took excellent care of me!

My visit was with Amanda Duke, FNP-C - I went in with a horrible case of Vertigo. She tested me and told me what to do, very simple AND VERY PRODUCTIVE. She is very knowledgeable AND she listens!!!! The staff is very kind and very helpful! The facility is clean and well kept.

This place is merciless. Show up *exactly* when they ask you to, or theyll ask you to reschedule. I showed up with my 6 month old at the time of our appointment (having to wake him up from his nap to get there) and they turned me down because I didnt show up 20 minutes beforehand to fill out 2 minutes of paperwork. Objectively, was I supposed to show up early? Yes. However, customer service is dead in this town, showing up at the time of your appointment with a baby shouldnt be considered dreadfully wrong. Not only that, but Google Maps wont take you to their office, so do they kick those people out too who get lost? They must since they have no mercy.

Maps took us to the wrong address but we made the appt time of 845, they refused to see us because we weren't early enough... my daughter took time off work for this appt and I think it was really rude and wrong to cancel us when we got there before the appt time.

Everyone was so nice and put me at ease. From the receptionist to Mike the hearing tech. I haven't actually seen the Dr yet but I did see Jessica Waller, FNP-C. She was amazing, took time with me asked questions and let me know that after some tests we will get a game plan. If the Dr is half as nice as these people were I will be glad my Primary recommended him.
