Everytime I call for anything they never answer the phone iv been on the phone for almost an hour before they answer or it hangs up on me

About the same speed and ease of contacting as most physician's offices in this city (if not faster!!) I called on Wednesday and had an appointment within a week. Great place for primary care, especially if you are low income. I had lots of face time with an NP and didn't feel like I was waiting a long time just to be seen. They definitely made me feel comfortable and well cared for.

This place and the staff and the "physician " is one big joke... this can't be real life... how are they even allowed to treat human beings!!! Wow..Woe... it's dangerous to this community.. please avoid this ridiculous excuse for a clinic!

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. THEY WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE CRAZY. IF YOU ARE IN PAIN THEY WILL JUST TELL YOU ITS DEPRESSION AND THROW PYHC MEDS AT YOU AND REFUSE TO LISTEN YO ANYYHING YOU SAY. THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN. CANT GET ANY ACTUALLY CARE HERE.

My daughter was referred here from her ER doctor for a follow up visit after her car accident. When she called the office and told them she needed to schedule an appointment with the neurosurgeon for her broken back sustained from a car accident, front desk scheduled that appointment no questions asked. Fast forward 3 weeks, my daughter and her fianc made the 2 hour drive today just to be told that this appointment should have never been made and was turned away. She was also treated poorly by another staff lady who was incredibly rude and had an awful attitude about her being in the wrong place. DO NOT COME HERE!! My daughter left emotional, in pain and confused as to why these ignorant people scheduled her appointment in the first place!!! Train your staff, get a grip on customer service and DO BETTER next time!! People who come in arent just a number, they are human and deserve kindness and respect!
