Took my car there months ago to see about repairs on a corvette that my insurance company had been yanking me around with and finally told me to take it to a shop and get them to make notation on the hail damage.
Summary:
I was told he/the owner was going to get with someone else to see what they could do and he would let me know soon, probably within the next day. He took down my info..
A week later, I called them. The secretary? told me that hes been busy and will call me back as soon as he's finished doing what he's doing.
I called multiple times within the next few months and got the same response and then he's swamped with the hail damage vehicles.

Had a dent in my car that was preventing the door from opening. Shepard's Collison was so kind and quick. Literally took 10 minutes.
