I am very disappointed. When I pick up my car and see that there is paint speckled on my car. The front desk girl tried to tell me it is sun damage and even tried to wipe it off, definitely paint. I'm so frustrated, you can tell it is not sun damage. I look forward to the call I will be getting from the manager because this is not okay.

After taking a second look at the photos we took when you brought your car in. The finish on your car is prior to us working on it. It’s even obvious in the photos you put here on google. You said you were still going to leave this review regardless so all I have to say is it’s very unfair to our company and our employees that work hard for those reviews. This car is over 16 years old and is very oxidized. It take years for you finish to get this way.

Just in time for the season i hit a (rein)deer. But i was saved by 3 kings at the front desk here (1 queen and 2 kings, technically)! Every worker i talked to in person or by phone was very kind to me. And they gave incredible service, to help me take of my car and get me home for the holidays!
