        We needed a room for one night. The staff was helpful with finding the right room for us (smoking). I wish the room with cleaner. The bedding was old and had stains. The shower curtain had a big stain. All the furniture was old dirty and not maintained. Looked like the blue light special on a slumy landlord. Thick paint on the walls and over outlets. Not a welcoming feeling. Poor lightning. Heat/ac unit was horrible and very dirty. No bugs, we checked. But still didn't sleep well. We will not use them again. Would recommend spending the money across the street and have peace of mind of a clean space.

        There were hair ties and crud in the bathroom, the sheets on one bed was obviously not clean, and the door needs weatherstripping. The floors were not "clean", tacky feeling. For a night's stay, not bad, but attention to cleanliness would improve the rooms. The website also claims "roomservice" which I'm assuming means extra towels upon request In response to "I could have asked them to clean it"...this should have been done BEFORE we got there.

        This stop was ok, the room was fine for a night. The water was turned off temporarily for a pipe but did not last long. The clerk was super nice. I would stay again

      We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. But I had asked you prior to giving you that room, and you wanted something downstairs. I am not really sure what you expected with our low rate. I guess you forgot to mention those details in the review.

      Deborah, we apologize you did not enjoy the stay. If you would have address all your concerns to the front desk, we would've gladly assist you in your concerns. Also "roomservice" does not imply to extra towels, but rather we clean your room if you stayed another night. If you needed extra towels, we do provide them, but you did not come to desk to request any, so we don't understand why you mention that.
