This is a huge scam. I went for a routine cleaning and check up. They wanted to do $6000 of work. My insurance company would not cover because it wasn't necessary.

Today was my first time visiting their office as a new patient, I had so much anxiety but every single person there put my mind at ease. Im excited to continue treatment with them in the future.

Would give zero if possible. Went in with tooth pain. Got a full hour of imaging for a dentist to come in and not say a word to me, I get escorted to a room to discuss financing on a crown and root canal. O er 8 thousand dollars. I have dental insurance. I walked out and made an appointment at a different dentist who next day was able to fox my tooth, which did not need a root canal, did not need a crown. My tooth was not fractured as I had been told at aspen. Called my insurance to inform them only for them to say the claims of fraud and malpractice are abundant with aspen in particular. My day will now be filled with reporting to the tennessee board of dentistry for insurance fraud and malpractice. Tooth is now fixed to do a much better and friendly dentist. Was told over 8k, got it fixed same day for 200. Aspen is a joke.
