I had a rather unpleasant experience at this dental clinic. The dentist seemed rushed and the cleaning process felt unprofessional and painful. Additionally, the X-ray technician took multiple X-rays but still couldn't get them right. I'm concerned about the potential DNA damage from excessive X-rays. There were unexpected fees for fluoride toothpaste and mouthwash. On top of that, I got an email with a bill of $100+ though I paid the full amount during the cleaning day. Overall, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Horrible customer service. They let me know I should not be returning for follow-up visits to get assistance. Do not recommend.

After my bridge fell out in the front of my mouth and finding out the surrounding teeth could not be repaired I had no choice but a denture or implants. I am older and went for the denture. I thought Aspen was a good place to go to. I was wrong. In March of 2022 I got a temporary denture and while it was not comfortable at all I thought the permanent one would be a lot better. I got that in September 2022. It has been horrible ever since. I went back 3 or 4 times for help getting the denture to fit right. After 6 months the dentist told me to leave it overnight. He did not tell me the bill would be $333 for what was called a realignment. I thought there was a year's guarantee at least. The denture did not feel one bit better. After over 2 years I cannot wear the denture unless I absolutely have to go someplace. My speech with the thing in is horrible. I tried wearing them for hours during the day to get use to them but that did not work at all. They are uncomfortable and do not fit well. I tried telling them at the office. I even wrote a few letters. They have my email address and phone number but do not bother to get in contact with me. I will be buying a new denture but I am not exactly sure where to go and don't want to make another mistake. Once they had my money they really could care less about my problem. I wish I had this to do over because I would never have gone to Aspen if I had known I would have to more or less stay in the house and avoid people because of a horrible fitting denture.
